B DAY

You know how as kid you look forwad to this day, well not so much anymore!! I am feeling very old!

MONDAYS! I need a new line of work!

OMG!!! I have got to find a new line of work!!! Any suggestions for a sweet educated energetic woman?????

Oh and to top it off Logan is getting his drivers license today!! I feel OLD!!! And my feet hurt!!

When will it end???

OMG!! I have been sick for over a week now!! I am tired of this stuff!!! Now I have both girls home sick as well! I am getting a little crazy being stuck inside!! Pray for all this to go away!!

What a weekend!!

Well, I made it! I think! One thing that I did discover about me is that I am way toooooooo nice! I never, in a million years would have thought that being nice was a disorder of some sort! But guess what it is!!! I think I shall call it the Krista disorder!!!

OMG! I had my purse and bible stolen last night!!! It is a pain to get your bank to believe you are you without ID!! It was in the pure!! DUH! So my sweet husband took time to take me to the bank and tell them who I am!!! Tips, meds, lipstick all gone!!! I am no longer able to buy a zebra strip lime green and white purse the size of luggage! It was just asking to be stolen according to my wonderful husband and the police!! I am shocked!!! HAHA!

Now on to the better day!! ALL 4 kids are in school as of today!!! This helped so I could fix the stolen purse thing!!

2 more weeks until the reunion!! Gram and Amanda are both going to be here and the kids are so excited!!! Hope you guys are all having a better week than me!!!

I hope that the person who took my bible uses it!! It had my dads last sermon and my uncles last sermon in there along with many memories of great preachers. Keep the purse but I want my bible back!!!

Wild and Crazy Summer

I do have to say that it has been one summer that I don't think we would like to ever experience again. Larry's mom passed away with a very short battle with cancer. We were all sad to see her go but she is no longer in pain and that gives us some commort. Larry's dad had by pass surgery a week later which caused a lot of schedule changes and left Larry with no vacation time. On that note he did get to spend some time taking care of his dad and that was nice for him to be able to help and stay busy.

The kids are BORED!!! That is all I hear!!! I was doing something stupid, like working 2 jobs at 40 hrs each!!! That was until Larry and I decided that it is best for him, me and the kids that I do only one. I am now doing catering and serving at Carinos. This allows me to see the kids and be with Larry more often. Now the kids can't claim that they are BORED! I now have time to go to the pool and dollar movies!!!

School starts soon and I know it will get better!! Larry is back and in full swing with his job at the High School. He claims it is easier with the kids not there yet, but I know he misses the kids!!! HA HA!!!

WOW!!! Summer is here!!! Things are crazy here!! I am working on 2 jobs and trying to find my way back to being a wife and mother. ( not doing it very well) Larry is working and has a lot on his plate. The news of his mother having cancer has been a big concern for all of us but has taken on a different level of stress for him. She has started her chemo and we hope she will be home sometime this week.

Ches is at Texas Tech for cheer camp. Drama Drama with the girls so I hope she will have fun.
Logan is doing a color guard camp. Ava and Sam are just hanging out with friends and going swimming!! Oh to be young again!!!

WOW 8 more days until school is out!!

And who is counting? My husband!!! Just to give you some updates, Chesleigh made cheerleader, got braces, and was inducted into the National Jr Honor Society. Sam is speaking like he is being raised in a spanish speaking house!! Ava won Little Miss Savana in her pageant. Logan is driving more and getting ready to take his SAT. Amanda has moved to NYC and seems very happy. Kevin and Aimee are now engaged!!!! Wow to see all this it looks like we have been busy!!! Hope everyone is doing well!!! I will update with photos sometime this week!!

What a week we have had!!! Logan placed 2nd at championships and Chesleigh made the cheer squad. Ava has had strep throat all week and Sam is just having a great time teasing everyone!
Poor Larry has the 2 little ones all week! It is their spring break. Logan will work and practice driving this week( we hope!!). I have had a change in my work this weekend. Larry and I have prayed and thought long and hard about me working 2 jobs. I will no longer work at The American Pregnancy Association as of tuesday. I am loving Carinos and can make more money there. I can also move into Manager training or Catering. This move to full time will allow me to spend more time with Larry and the kids. Not to mention I might can get some sleep and stay a little more stress free. I hope all of you have a wonderful week!!

This is the first attempt!!! Life is crazy at our house! Amanda is in LA and getting ready to move to NYC! Kevin and Amy are in Tyler and look very happy! Logan just won first place in a winterguard contest that sent him to championships today. Good luck Logan! Chesleigh is getting ready for cheer truyouts on Friday the 13th!! Good luck to her! She also had a big day this last week and got braces. Ava Grace is still drama drama, she had a speaking part in her Presidents day play and she was great! Sam is gearing up for sports and girls it seems!! He is learning so much spanish, it is amazing! Larry is crazy with all the High school after school sports! Now on to the real crazy one, me. I have taken a second job and I love it. I am a server at Carinos!! I get to talk and make money!!! I am now working about 70 hours a week. Not much time with the family but it will all work out!
